RPCREATIVE
Meet Ryan
COLUMBIA, MISSOURI · WORK DIRECTLY WITH RYAN
RP Creative helps local service businesses stay in touch after sending an estimate. You work directly with me, Ryan Palm, to set up polite reminders and a simple tracker.
For owners with estimates waiting for an answer.

THE QUOTE WENT OUT. THEN THE DAY GOT BUSY.
Unanswered estimates can mean missed work. I help landscapers, remodelers, cleaners, HVAC companies, roofers, and other local service businesses keep the next step visible.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE · NOT A PROMISE
A contractor sends 20 estimates a month averaging $3,000 each. That’s $60,000 in quoted work, not booked revenue.
Example job value
Assuming $2,250 in labor and materials
Scope and software costs agreed upfront
In this example, one additional job could cover the setup fee. Two would leave $1,500 before overhead, the setup fee, and taxes. Your costs and results will differ. Follow-up won’t turn every unanswered estimate into work.
A CLEAR NEXT STEP AFTER THE QUOTE
We choose the useful steps, agree on the wording, and test your setup before launch.
You send the estimate and approve follow-up. Polite reminders check in with the customer, with reply checks and stopping rules configured for your setup.
See the quote exampleSee what was sent, who responded, and what happens next. You answer questions, discuss pricing, and close the job. Record phone calls or replies outside the tracked thread so reminders can stop.
Mark a job complete and approve the request. A personal email invites the customer to share their experience, and the tracker records when it was sent.

ONE FREE LOCAL PILOT
RP Creative has no client results to share yet. I’m opening one free, 30-day quote-follow-up pilot for a local service business.
I’ll set up one workflow, a shared tracker, approved messages, and monitoring for up to 20 estimates.
In return, I’m asking for honest feedback and permission to share agreed, anonymized results. I’ll also ask for an honest testimonial about your experience, with your approval before anything is published.
Ask Ryan about the pilotWe’ll confirm compatibility before starting. Any required software costs will be disclosed upfront. There’s no obligation to continue afterward.
RESULTS PLACEHOLDERS · NO CLIENT DATA YET
This section will be updated with verified results and the owner’s permission. Nothing below represents a completed project.
A booking after a reminder does not establish that the reminder caused it. We’ll explain how results were measured.
THE PERSON BEHIND RP CREATIVE
I’m Ryan Palm, a strategic communication student at the University of Missouri, based in Columbia. During my marketing internship at ABC7 Chicago, I worked on advertising, social content, and promotional projects. I’m building RP Creative to help small-business owners keep customer conversations organized. I’ll learn how you work, explain what I can realistically set up, and test it with you before launch. You’ll know who’s doing the work and who to contact when something needs attention.
